Use it dry
Roll it over dry fabric, floors or car seats. Dry hair lifts; wet hair mats — so let a damp surface dry first.

Rinse it
When it's loaded, rinse it under warm water with a drop of degreasing dish soap, like Dawn. Rub gently and the hair lets go.

Dry it
Towel-dry or air-dry and the stickiness is back. No sheets, no refills — and if it ever stops working, we replace it.
