01How do I clean my Forever Sticky roller?
If it's dirty, wash it under warm water with a little bit of dish soap. Air-dry or towel-dry for immediate use.
02How do I clean my Forever Broom?
If it's dirty, wash it under warm water with a little bit of dish soap — clean it the same way you do the rollers. You can towel-dry for immediate use.
03Which surfaces can I use the products on?
Choose the tool for the job. Use the sticky rollers on dry clothing, upholstery, car seats and suitable dry hard surfaces; let both the roller and the surface dry before use. Use the Pet Mitt dry for grooming or wet for washing your pet. The Forever Broom is a pull broom with rubber bristles and a squeegee edge for water and spills. Follow the care instructions for the surface you are cleaning and test a small, hidden area first.
04Do I push or pull the Forever Broom?
Pull it toward you in short strokes — that is how the rubber gathers hair into a pile. Pushing it like a bristle broom makes the rubber drag and skip. The exception is anywhere with almost no friction, like brushing snow off a car window or scrubbing a dirty hot tub.
05Can I replace just the broom handle?
Yes. The Forever Broom has a threaded mount. Check that the replacement handle has a matching thread before buying it.
06What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
The roller set is covered top to bottom — your fault or ours — along with the brush head and broom head, for as long as you own it. No receipt and no time limit: your order number, or roughly when you bought it, is all we need. Even if your dog chews it. We cover the replacement; you cover shipping — $7.95 in the US, $24.95 to Canada, calculated at checkout elsewhere. The Pet Mitt is not covered. The broom handle is the one part not covered — it is a standard threaded fitting, so check the thread fit when choosing a replacement.
07When do I get free shipping?
US orders ship free at $99 and up — it applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout, and we occasionally hand out free-shipping codes or run limited promos. See shipping page for details.
08What free gifts come with larger orders?
Free shipping unlocks first, at $99. Spend $149 and a free mystery gift lands in your cart; at $199 you unlock a second one. The gifts are revealed in the cart as you unlock them and packed with your order.
09Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. See shipping page for details.
