Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves us, with tracking details attached.

Delivery times

• United States — 3 to 5 business days, free over $99.
• Canada — 5 to 8 business days, $24.95 USD flat, free over $99.
• International — 7 to 14 business days, calculated at checkout.

Packaging

Everything ships in plastic-free, recyclable packaging. No styrofoam, no shrink-wrap, no fillers you'll have to throw away.

Lost or delayed?

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, drop us a line at myforeversticky@gmail.com and we'll trace it down.

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your order, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Used rollers are accepted. The original box is requested, but not required — just ship it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks can take an additional few days to post it.

The lifetime guarantee

Every roller, mitt and broom head is covered for life, for any reason. No receipt, no time limit: your order number, or roughly when you bought it, is all we need. We cover the replacement; you cover shipping: $7.95 in the US, $24.95 to Canada, calculated at checkout for the rest of the world.

The broom head is covered for life. The handle is not — it is a standard threaded fitting, so any broom handle from a hardware store fits. If you need a new head, pay the shipping and we'll send one out.
